Part-time Cabin Operations Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Cabin Operations Supervisor will be in charge of efficient document control in cabin operations (including, but not limited to, acquiring the printed versions of the documents, delivering them to the aircraft, etc.)

He/she will aid the Head of Cabin Operations in ensuring that the cabin crew conduct and performance are in compliance with Heston Airlines rules, standards and procedures.

Additionally, Cabin Operations Supervisor will undertake the task to become a liaison between Cabin Crew and manufacturer of cabin crew uniforms, and ensure that all necessary information would swiftly reach intended parties, produced uniforms accounted for and delivered on time to the right persons.

This role will also entail the duty to procure, deliver and maintain/upkeep medical equipment (first-aid kit) inside the cabin.

Lastly, Cabin Operations Supervisor will be taking care of any other cabin operations related duties that may arise during daily routine.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Good communication, cooperation and team working skills;
  • Strong organizational and leadership ability;
  • IT literacy in general and excellent administrative skills.
  • Fluency in English – written and spoken;
  • The qualities of an ideal candidate – detail oriented team player with good interpersonal skills who is also able to work independently.

REMUNERATION:

Additional duties shall be added to the existing contract with an additional remuneration of office day.
