FLEET PROJECTS MANAGER

We are strengthening our team and looking for Fleet Projects Manager to join Heston Airlines. 

FLEET PROJECTS MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

  • Management of aircraft fleet phase-in process cycle for fleet newly introduced aircraft;  
  • Management of a tender process for choosing suitable sub-contracted organizations (including 3rd party CAMO, on-site technical representation/inspection teams, 3rd party BSI inspection teams) to ensure efficient management of delivery fleet phase-in projects in compliance with fleet commonality standards and lease agreement delivery conditions; 
  • Management of a tender process for choosing suitable sub-contracted Part 21J design organizations supporting airline with delivery modification package works (LOPA change, minor cabin mod, livery change modification) required for application during aircraft fleet phase-in process; 
  • Coordination and management of pre-lease physical, records and engine borescope inspection process in accordance with lease agreement delivery conditions requirements;  
  • Active communication and coordination of delivery activities/timelines with aircraft lessors; 
  • Facilitating fleet phase-in delivery projects budget ongoing cost control;  
  • Communicating with sub-contractors to ensure compliance with delivery projects timeline; 
  • Communicating with contracted maintenance organizations; 
  • Liaison and acting as main point of contact between the cross-department team members during fleet phase-in delivery projects; 
  • Continuously interacting and coordinating with the airline flight operations, fleet management, maintenance and procurement/logistics teams regarding incoming fleet status updates/ projects timeline; 
  • Ensuring application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices; 
  • Other duties as assigned by the airline VP Technical Operations and/or Fleet Manager. 

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE: 

  • Aeronautical/university aviation degree or equivalent; 
  • 4+ years of experience in PART-145 or CAMO organization; 
  • General knowledge and understanding of aviation safety standards and aircraft maintenance methods; 
  • Previous A320 or A330 family aircraft GEN FAM training would be considered an advantage; 
  • Previous experience with participation in aircraft delivery/redelivery projects would be considered an advantage; 
  • Motivation, willingness to learn, and agility; 
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
