POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Crew Dispatcher provides and maintains oversight of proper allocation and utilization of the crew members during daily operations.

CREW DISPATCHER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Notification of crew members of roster changes;
• Monitoring of crew reporting for the flight or other duties on time;
• Ensuring flight duty time limitations are always observed.
• Continuous tracking, monitoring and modification of the crew rosters during day-to-day operations, ensure all flights are covered in case of reschedule or ad-hoc flights;
• Crew accommodation and travel management;
• Notification of crew members of roster changes;
• Monitoring of crews’ on time check in for flights and other duties;
• Multi-tasking among several departments and being comfortable with decision making under pressure.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

• Higher education;
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in aviation;
• Fluency in English – written and spoken;
• Good communication, cooperation and team working skills;
• Ability to work in shifts, including night time;
• Knowledge of flight and duty time limitations requirements for crew members would be an advantage.
